Cancellation policy is as follows

• Cancel before 7 days from the trip start date and a 75% refund of advance booking amount is applicable.
• Cancel before 5 days from the trip start date and a 50% refund of advance booking amount is applicable.
• Any cancellations between 2 days before the start of the trip date, cancellation charges of 25% of the Total Pricing amount will be applicable.
• Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the travel date due to any emergency, then in this condition it will be up to Afreen Tours & Travels to decide how much amount they will refund or not
• Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the cancellation request is made.

Vehicle Extra Charge :

• (Duty Time) Vehicle will be given from 6 AM to 11 PM
• If someone needs vehicle before 6 AM, then extra charge will be levied
• After 11 PM, extra charge is compulsory
• After 11 PM to 1 AM, Driver Allowance + RTO Permit, extra charge is compulsory
• After 1 AM to 5 AM, per extra hour charge is compulsory
• After 5 AM full Day extra charge count
